You’ve been carrying a lot. You don’t have to do it alone.

I specialize in helping young adults and adults with anxiety, OCD, phobias, and struggling with the unique challenges of parenthood. You may feel like you’re going crazy, exhausted from holding everything together, constantly overthinking, or paralyzed by intrusive thoughts.

In our work together, my goal is to create a space where you can be honest about what’s hard without feeling like you have to filter or hold back. My approach to treatment is rooted in science. I use evidence-based treatments including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), combined with a whole lot of compassion, and humor.

Therapy is hard, but managing daily anxiety, OCD, and stress is harder. In our work together, I won’t simply tell you what to do—I’ll partner with you to reduce anxiety, reclaim your life, reconnect with your values, and build skills for long-term well-being.

Hi, I’m Robyn.

Specializing in…

  • Anxiety is a natural response to stress, often characterized by feelings of worry, fear, or unease about uncertain or challenging situations. It can manifest as physical symptoms like a racing heart, sweating, restlessness, or difficulty concentrating, as well as emotional distress.

  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is a condition that causes unwanted, intrusive thoughts (compulsions) to relieve anxiety those thoughts create. You might know your thoughts are irrational, but they still feel incredibly real—and trying to make them stop often makes them worse.

  • Parenthood can be deeply meaningful—and also incredibly overwhelming. Many parents struggle with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, guilt, burnout, identity shifts, relationship stress, and the pressure to “do it right,” often while feeling isolated or unsupported. You may love your child deeply and still feel exhausted, irritable, or unlike yourself. I work with parents at all stages to navigate these challenges, helping them manage anxiety and overwhelm, build confidence, and feel more grounded and connected in their lives and relationships.

  • Phobias are intense, persistent fears of specific situations, objects, or experiences—such as flying, driving, medical procedures, vomiting, certain animals, or heights. While many people have fears, phobias go beyond discomfort. They can feel overwhelming, out of proportion to the actual risk, and hard to control. They are rooted in the brain’s threat system, which has learned to sound the alarm too quickly. The good news is that phobias are highly treatable. In therapy, we work together to help your nervous system relearn safety. Treatment is gradual, collaborative, and paced to feel manageable.

How it Works

Reach out

This is a change to talk about what’s bringing you in and what you’re hoping for. No pressure, just a conversation.

02

Get to work

In our first session, we’ll talk about what feels most present for you, and I’Il provide a roadmap and share more about what to expect. You set the pace, and I’ll guide you through the process.
