  • I offer virtual sessions across New York, New Jersey, and all PsyPact states (Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington).

  • I offer secure, HIPAA-compliant virtual sessions. Many people appreciate the flexibility of meeting from home, work, or between parenting and caregiving responsibilities.

  • All services are currently provided via secure Telehealth, making it easier to fit therapy into your life wherever you are.

  • My out of network fee is $250 for a 50-minute session. I’m considered an out-of-network provider and can give you a superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

To check your out-of-network benefits, call your insurance company and ask:

    1. Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits for CPT code 90834?

    2. What is my deductible ad has any of it been met?

    3. What percentage of each session is reimbursed?

    4. How do I submit claims for reimbursement?

  • Our first session will be a chance to explore what brings you in, what feels pressing or heavy right now, and what you hope will shift. I’ll walk you through how I work, answer your questions, and together we’ll begin shaping a plan that feels supportive, doable, and aligned with your needs.

  • There’s no one-size-fits-all timeline. We check in regularly about what’s shifting and how therapy is feeling.

  • A good faith estimate is a written document provided to self-pay clients who are uninsured or are choosing not to use their insurance for therapy. The document provides the client a list of the costs for offered services in advance so the client can see their estimated costs before starting therapy.
