About Me

I am a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in cognitive behavioral therapy, offering tailored treatment for individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, and perinatal/postpartum mental health challenges. With a deep understanding of the complexities surrounding pregnancy, postpartum, and the early stages of parenthood, I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space for moms.

Combining evidence-based techniques with a compassionate approach, I work collaboratively with clients to develop practical tools and coping strategies to develop greater self-awareness, build on strengths, and achieve goals.
